Cycle Counter Wire Room Associate
Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm, M-F @ $18.00 per hour
The Cycle Counter Wire Room Associate is a hybrid position. You will be performing cycle counting to ensure all materials are properly verified against inventory in our computer system; and, fulfill wire orders.
- Perform cycle counts; verify again computer inventory; and research/document discrepancies and identify foot cause(s) three times year.
- Review Wire Orders for appropriate size reel, type, size and color of wire needed. Accurately , measure wire, load and operate machine to cut the wire following company safety standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent communication skills; time management, organizational skills and ability to multi-task and positive attitude.
- Strong computer and mathematical skills (use keyboard, computer monitor and telephone).
- Must be able to operate Forklift and other heavy machinery within one month of start date.
- Ability to stand/walk extended periods of time. Bend, climb, push, pull and be able to maneuver at heights and in tight or small places.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently; and occasionally in excess of 75 lbs.
