This position is located in the Bunge North America soybean processing plant in Decatur, IN. The D Operator – Edible Oil is responsible for safely and accurately loading trucks and rail cars and performing various utility functions throughout the Edible Oil Department. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and 2nd / 3rd shift. This position works a 12-hour shift (4 on 4 off) schedule, 7pm-7am and covers other employees’ vacations on all shifts. Core Functions:

• Safely move rail cars for inbound and outbound shipments
• Unload and distribute inbound supplies and products
• Load and unload trucks and rail cars
• Wash rail cars
• Monitor gas plant and nitrogen buildings
• Perform department sanitation duties
• Monitor processes and make adjustments as needed
• Clean and change filters
• Monitor and record process conditions on log sheets
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices

Skill/Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED preferred
• Previous experience in an industrial environment preferred
• Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures
• Basic computer and mechanical skills
• Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work 2nd / 3rd shift
• Good attendance
