Job Description

Are you organized, efficient, and timely? Do you have strong MS Excel skills and are able to take 8 spreadsheets and combine them into one using pivots and vlookups? If so, the Data Admin /Excel Specialist position may be a great fit! In this role you are responsible for:

- Assisting our Project Leadership and supporting our busy remote call centers, tracking data and maintaining our staffing rosters

- Preparing and maintaining staff rosters for busy remote call centers

- Tracking and maintaining attendance and reporting daily to HR; interfacing with training and IT.

- Preparing detailed reports for key State clients

- Assisting IT staff with new user staging information

- Provides administrative support to Project Management

- Preparing weekly report on key Staffing Numbers

· Compiles and condenses multiple spreadsheets into single data points

· Delivers clear information to operations, HR and clients

· Ensures data accuracy

· Performs other duties as may be assigned by corporate management.

Other Requirements:

2 years minimum work experience in Excel; strong experience with Pivot tables, Vlookup and smartsheets

Technology Requirements

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Program - must be able to provide your own equipment and set-up your own workstation
Secured home internet access (no Hotspots) through modem or router; Preferred hard wired connection through ethernet cable to modem

  • Minimum Requirement: 20 Mbps download speed; 5Mbps upload
  • Conduct a speed test (fast.com) to verify your own speed results

Minimum PC RAM Memory: 4 GB of RAM / Preferred 8 GM RAM

Minimum PC Hard Drive Storage of 64 GB HD / Preferred 128 GB SSD or 5400 RPM

PC Operating System: Minimum Windows 10

Smartphone required

Pay: $23 per hour MUST BE WILLING TO WORK remote Mon-Fri 8am-530pm PST supporting our California Operations Supervisors

Background check includes fingerprinting
