Data Analyst

The Phillips Law Group Phoenix office is looking to expand our incredible team, and we are seeking an outstanding Data Analyst to examine data and other information to assist the firm in making effective decisions.

The Data Analyst will create business insights and advocate for improvements by collecting, cleaning, and organizing data about the firm’s intake and marketing operations, market intelligence, and client engagement indicators. This position will be required to create data models to aid in visualization and/or monitoring of the data.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for organizing data related to our client journey — including, but not limited to, market research, logistics, and linguistics. Previous experience in implementing new data analysis programs and integrating with current systems/outside partners is a major plus!

The person in this position will work directly with senior managers of the firm and will need to be organized, detail-oriented, have exceptional communication skills, and should be ready to hit the ground running immediately upon hire.

Job Description

• Implement and use tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
• Remove corrupted data and fix errors/reporting problems
• Maintaining databases and data systems
• Reorganizing data in a more accessible format
• Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
• Filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify opportunities for optimization
• Prepare reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Work with management to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies
• Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends
• Analyze local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
• Maintain and oversee databases to ensure that parts are optimized and properly functioning at all times

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
