Summary:

  • Develops and produces reports from EHR, Excel and Tableau software to confirm accuracy of fee-for-service compensation payroll reports
  • Generates timely payroll reports for fee-for-service therapists according to various payroll deadlines by merging Tableau and Excel reports
  • Communicates errors and need for corrections to meet payroll deadlines
  • Provides data analysis to explain productivity, operational and clinical outcomes such as changes in no show rates, time to first appointment, or changes over time in clinical assessments
  • Produces reports for contracts and grant supported programs (CCBHC and SAMHSA grants) to show grant requirements and supply feedback on quality and operations.
  • Runs reports from Tableau, and the Electronic Medical Record to inform operations.
  • Collaborates with IT, Clinical Leadership, Payroll and grant directors.
  • Supports operations and staff satisfaction by tracking compensation and productivity.
  • Generates reports, per the request of the Chief of Community Treatment, IT, or Director of Operations Director.
  • Informs operational staff with data to improve the efficiency of non-clinical workflows based on information from data analytics
  • Coordinates with Clinic Directors, Payroll, IT, Office Administrators and Support Staff, and Community Treatment leadership

Requires:

  • Associate’s degree in business, finance, data analytics or related field required. Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
  • One or more years’ experience with healthcare analytics using Tableau.
  • Advanced skills with Excel, including skills sorting data and creating pivot tables
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL, and SSIS
  • Experience with data visualization and PowerPoint
  • Experience with payroll systems a plus
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Proficient use of a personal computer with software, and a database programs.
  • People skills to communicate effectively with staff verbally and in writing.
  • Position requires analytical ability sufficient to develop and implement office procedures, prepare reports, and compute statistics.
