Data Center Smart Hands Job at Arganteal, Corp.
Arganteal seeks a Data Center Smart Hands resource to go onsite in Joliet, Illinois to perform a 1 week or 32 total hour contract gig to pull two Nvidia DGX Servers out of a rack and install new 10 Gigabit Network Interface Card (NIC) in order to standardize the edge connectivity.
Location: Onsite in Joliet, Illinois (no exceptions)
Start Date: ASAP

Job Details:
- Smart Hands resource that can go on-site, pull the servers, install the cards, make sure all the cables are plugged back in, and power it on.
- Work over the phone with one of our engineers and the customer to make sure the system can be accessed remotely
- Find a common ground, remove ESD risk
- Label all cables
- Remove all cables from DGX-1
- Remove server from rack location
- Remove the motherboard tray
- Install the NIC
- Reinstall the motherboard tray
- Replace into rack location
- Reattach cables as previously installed
- Verify NIC is assessable via command line
