Data Entry Clerk
Dentalle Inc. is looking to grow our team by adding on at least one data entry clerk. This remote position is ideal for an individual who is a quick learner, has the ability to pay close attention to detail, is self motivated, and enjoys feeling accomplished, even after completing the smallest of tasks.
Data Entry Clerk Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately transfer dental prescriptions from two separate systems into Dentalle’s portal, which involves Uploading/Downloading files, deciphering the orders’ details, and identifying/documenting errors
- Resolves errors by communicating errors to clients via our internal ticket system
- Utilize Google Suite (sheets, docs) to keep accurate records of information such as patient information, order entries and communication logs
- Update customer accounts as needed
Hours/Pay:
The specific hours and pay depend on the individual and their skill set. The goal is to efficiently clear the daily queue, which may vary each day (approx 5 hours per day).

Must have a well functioning PC/Laptop computer with high speed internet and appropriate work space environment.
