About the Role:
Project Description:
This would be a limited time and scope project for data entry and digital filing. This project would organize digital files, including naming to a specified naming structure, upload them to a web-based software organize appropriately by a specified filing structure and add digital meta data to the files. There are approximately 65 folders of data that need to be addressed, with approximately 300-500 files per folder.
Skills that we are looking for:
Exceptional computer navigation skillsand can accomplish the following tasks rapidly and repetitively: typing, renaming files, and moving files to and from different locations fluidly in a system
Attention to detail is critical
Ability to quality check and verify accuracy is necessary
Ability to find data in a document quickly
Ability to understand basic file structures
Ability to apply a thematic rule to all files of specific types
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Palo Alto, CA 94301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
- data importing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Metadata: 1 year (Preferred)
