Data Entry Clerk Job at O'Connell & Lawrence, Inc.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
-Extensive data entry (Word processing of at least 50 WPM preferred)
-Ability to learn database and cloud based software to facilitate documentation and workflow processes
Requirements, skills, and qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support in an office environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Teams
Candidate should possess the ability to learn new tasks quickly and work with minimal supervision in a fast paced setting. Candidate should also be comfortable responding to phone inquiries and anticipate the needs of Montgomery County residents. The ability to provide accurate information in a professional and timely manner is a must.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and possess the ability to prioritize workflow.
The office is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
