Data Entry Specialist Job at Donnelly-Boland and Associates
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Performing varied tasks and responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and processing PA state subsidy childcare payments. Full time position reporting to manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review childcare subsidy invoice attendance sheets for accuracy and completeness
2. Ensure invoices are in compliance with PA state policies and regulations. Correct invoices as needed.
3. Communicate with other internal departments regarding regulations, policies, and invoice discrepancies.
4. Process payments to childcare providers, including stuffing and mailing of payment summaries with checks. Release e-correspondence for childcare providers receiving electronic payment summaries.
5. Monitor payment adjustments in Pelican and research updates for accuracy. Communicate with internal departments to correct invalid adjustments if needed.
6. Data entry into PA state software upon completion of payment.
7. Delete overdue invoices past 60 days.
8. Research and respond to childcare provider payment inquiries.
9. Assist with pulling documents for internal audits.
10. Attend monthly staff meetings and all scheduled trainings/appointments.

3. Ability to be attentive to detail
4. Ability to work independently and use good time management to handle a variety of duties
5. Demonstrates organizational skills and meets all deadlines with all paperwork
6. Communication skills and ability to work within a team
