Position Summary
Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana (OKI) is the largest of fifty-eight chapters of Make-A-Wish in the country. Even in the midst of the pandemic we granted over 750 life-changing wishes to children battling critical illnesses! We are not a last wish organization – more than 80% of our children survive and thrive and 74% of parents cite the wish experience as a turning point in their child’s fight against the illness. You will support the recording and stewardship of gifts, maintain and update data in an enterprise database, and provide customer service to donors, volunteers and the general public. Essential Job Functions You Will Perform

  • Process gift batches in Salesforce and research processed gifts for errors and resolve before posting to NetSuite
  • Responsible for all post processing gift entry
  • Maintain complete and accurate files related to all processes, and uphold the integrity and confidentiality of member, donor and prospect data
  • Coordinate data and data processes across internal departments, acting as a liaison for donor, donations or data processes information
  • Provide support to the team, including creating process manuals, maintain information shared in cross departmental documents, and various ad hoc projects as necessary
  • Prepare batches for posting by the Finance department
  • Work with team to improve speed and accuracy of entry, including defining and implementing new process, building importing tools, etc.

Crosstrain basic functions of Data Entry position to support seamless operations during staff absences

Qualifications We Are Seeking

  • Previous data entry and problem-solving experience preferred
  • Associates, bachelor's degree preferred
