Title: Data Room Processor

Organization: Cooper Booth Wholesale

Reports To: Transportation Manager

Status: Full Time

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $18.00/hr.


Summary:
This position will provide data processing to internal clients. Data Room associates process information for various functions of the organization by collecting and organizing data to ensure accuracy of our deliveries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Data entry
  • Releasing of customers orders when needed to assist
  • Report Printing and Distribution
  • Preparing Driver's paperwork
  • Order Corrections
  • Filing of orders / routes
  • Gathering paperwork and assisting with will call orders

Education/Experience:

Education/Experience required to successfully perform job duties. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze paperwork, and interpret general business procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, outlook, and word document. Ability to learn new systems regarding distribution.

Work Environment:

The work environment is primarily sedentary in nature, in a temperature-controlled environment.

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
