The Clerk is responsible for data entry for product run logs and spreadsheets, contamination reports, and production reportsThe Clerk will provide administrative support to Departments with filing, scanning, records retention, PolicyTech, and entering daily plant productionJob Responsibilities: Good communication skills, conveying information both professionally and concisely Maintain records retention and data entryTrack manufacturing inspections and other similar department document requirementsCompletion of Truck and Rail paperworkAid in PolicyTech document managementReview, scan and file department paperworkEnsure accurate Facility production and inventory metrics and investigate accordinglySupplier Management ProgramAbility to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of employeesFollows all Safety, Environmental, and Quality related policies and helps to promote a positive and ethical work environmentJob Requirements: 10-KeyProficiency in Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, etc.)Accuracy and attention to detail requiredAbility to analyze documents, data and programs and provide continuous improvementMulti-tasking, great organizational skills, and work independentlyPromotes the Way and Core Values Physical Requirements: Office and plant environment; ability to access offices within the plantSitting for long periods of timeClimbing stairsFiling and bendingD
