Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a Full Time Day Porter to join our team at our luxury association, Perla on Broadway located in Los Angeles, CA.

Scheduled: Tuesday - Saturday, from 2:00 pm - 10.30 pm

Compensation: $20.00 Hourly plus benefits

Job Summary

The Day Porter will represent Action Property Management and Perla On Broadway by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors throughout the property in a welcoming and professional manner. As such, the Day Porter must at all times display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing people who have entered the lobby and garage. The Day Porter is expected to possess a working knowledge of the Association's rules, policies, and procedures, as well as familiarity with the Association's amenities and surroundings in order to assist residents and their guests. The Day Porter is responsible for patrolling and inspecting the interior of the building on a routine basis, as well as receiving and delivering packages, coordinating moves and large deliveries, checking in contractors, and ensuring that the HOA's rules are being followed and the property is well maintained.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is highly desired.
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
• Upbeat and positive team player attitude.
• Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
• Proactive customer service approach
