Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a Day Treatment Operations Supervisor for our Day Treatment programs on our campus at 5050 Madison Rd in Cincinnati. This individual is responsible for the administrative and operational support of the program. Direct supervision of support staff including therapeutic support specialists and operational support staff. Assists program manager in implementation of program structure and meeting regulatory standards/requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinates client transportation with the transportation company and monitors/coordinates needed changes on a regular basis including transportation suspensions or lapses.
• Coordinates and maintains relationships with external partners including school districts, Hamilton County Jobs and Family Services, and transportation.
• Coordinates closely with the DT Education Coordinator and districts regarding supports to address truancy.
• Attends and collaborates for treatment team meetings as required.

Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in child welfare serving systems required. A valid driver's license is also required.

Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications.
