We are looking for teachers and assistant teachers to join our amazing staff in creating a safe, happy, and healthy learning environment for our daycare and preschool classrooms!

Job Functions Include:

• Instruct activities designed to encourage a child's curiosity & exploration.
• Maintain a safe and exciting learning environment.
• Develop age-appropriate schedules and routines to promote physical, intellectual, and social growth.
• Interact daily with parents and caregivers; maintaining open and cooperative communication with families.
• Follow health and safety standards for the benefit of all students and fellow staff.
• Foster a flexible and positive mindset, with solid organizational and communication skills.
• Complying with licensing and state regulations.
• Ability to lift children up to 40 pounds.

Benefits Include:

Competitive Wages starting at $17.00/hour to $21.00/hour based on experience.

Assistant Teachers starting at $17.00/hour to $18.00/hour based on experience and or assortment of college credits.

Teachers starting at $19.00/hour to $21.00/hour based on experience, assortment of college credits or college degree.

No Nights or Weekends

Locations in: Apple Valley, Burnsville, Farmington, Lakeville, and Northfield
