This position requires in depth communication with our guests regarding reservations, special events, waitlist, and general questions concerning menu information. In addition this role will be expected to gain and maintain knowledge of both Minibar and Barmini along with upkeep of our reservation system.
This position demands the ability to communicate at a high level both over the phone as well as over email. The Concierge will be a direct representative of the Minibar/Barmini experience and as such the overall performance of the Concierge can be nothing short of exceptional. Knowledge of all Office programs and Graphic/Menu design applications (in-design) are major positives. Pay will be dictated by level of experience.
