The Degree Audit Specialist will serve as the functional lead for the Academic Advisement module in Oracle Campus Solutions. Responsibilities include encoding degree requirements for new and revised programs and ensuring accuracy of degree audits for all undergraduate students, assisting with the Undergraduate graduation review process and providing support to transfer student services.

The Degree Audit Specialist will serve as the functional lead for the Academic Advisement module in Oracle Campus Solutions. Responsibilities include encoding degree requirements for new and revised programs and ensuring accuracy of degree audits for all undergraduate students, assisting with the Undergraduate graduation review process and providing support to transfer student services.
The Degree Audit Specialist is an integral member of the Registrar's Office team, serves as the main point of contact for degree audit inquiries and maintains a general knowledge of all day-to-day functions of the office.
Other duties include creating and maintaining undergraduate degree audits, assisting with undergraduate graduation, assisting with transfer services and attend campus meetings as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree
- One year related experience
- Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
- Initiative and attention to detail
- One year experience with student information system
