DEIB Program Assistant
Location: State College Municipal Building
Starting Salary Range: $46,200 to $57,650 (starting salary is determined based on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Specialist performs support functions for the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Director. This position supports the activities of coordinating and guiding efforts to assess and expand equity and inclusion in the Borough of State College. Position exercises some judgement in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work is performed under general supervision with limited latitude.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED; supplemented by two or more years of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.
