Delivery Associate (Full Time)

True Grit Logistics provides a company van with the newest technology to deliver packages! We deliver smiles all day, every day to our customers.
Approximate hours are 9:00 am - 8:00 pm (3 - 4 day work week). Compensation - starting at $17.00 per hour, plus overtime as required.
The day starts and ends at the Distribution Building in Whitsett, NC .
We need candidates who are reliable and motivated. Ideal candidates are energetic and ready to work every day! Successful candidates put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Must consent to a 7-year background check.
- Must consent to a driving record check.
- Must consent to a drug screening.
- Independent problem solver who is passionate about customer service.
- Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.).
- Able to get in and out of a high roof van numerous times throughout the day delivering packages to the customer's doorstep.
- Must use a hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions.
- Commercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus.
