About the DRIVER | Delivery Specialist role:

We are revolutionizing the food and beverage industry and looking for reliable, customer-focused candidates with strong communication skills to join us on our mission to provide the best-in-class delivery experience. As a full-time Delivery Service Expert, you will be an extension of the customer support, sales, and operations teams with great growth potential for strong performers. While prior driving experience is a plus, we have built an extensive training program to ensure that candidates who are eager to learn will be given every opportunity to succeed. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor at a fast-growing company. You enjoy being out on the road, interacting with diverse and passionate customers, and want to provide an invaluable service to the small businesses that are the fabric of our communities!

What You’ll Do:

Service Standards

• Represent the customers’ voice and experience to advocate for improved customer satisfaction
• Maintain composure when receiving customer feedback
• Exceptional communication & customer service skills
• Represent the Cheetah brand with respect and positivity

Delivery Accuracy

• Carefully unload orders at the customers’ location
• Consistent use of delivery app 100% of the time
• Ensure product loads are secured and strapped down
• Assist truck loading
• Operate equipment as an expert driver held to professional standards
• Provide direct input into existing processes and make recommendations to improve delivery accuracy

You have/are:

• At least 1 year of professional 20’ Box Truck driving experience, with air brakes
• A clean driving record (MVR): We are able to ensure drivers with fewer than 3 violations in the previous 5 years.
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, multiple times a day
• Must be 25 years or older
• Must be willing and able to work in Pleasanton
