As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will develop your skills working side-by-side with a diverse team of dental professionals. Our dental assistant team members are given the tools and training to increase their skills and knowledge that can take them to the next step in their dental career. Job Requirements are as follows:
- Must have your CA RDA License
- Must be willing to obtain your Orthodontic Assistant (OA) License
Successful Registered Dental Assistant candidates have the ability to:
- Communicate effectively with patients to determine needs
- Follow established safety and sterilization protocol
- Securely store and handle patient records
- Remain focused and attentive when assisting the Dentist during the care of patients
- Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and thrive in Dentistry
