Skill Requirements:

• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Knowledge and compliance of Infection Control and OSHA guidelines.
• Technical savvy
• Commitment to CE for career development, and monthly staff training.
• Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments.
• Good communication skills and ability to maintain effective rapport with the patient, dentist, and other team members.
• Make exceptional temporaries in a timely manner.
• Take quality dental x rays
• Excellent time management skills
• Willingness to train and onboard new clinical team members
• Comfortable taking and recording treatment information in the patient's clinical record.
• Providing post op instructions prescribed by the dentist.
• Take exceptional impressions, pour, trim, and polish study cast.
• Comfortable explaining the need for treatment with a patient.
• Ability to work in a team-like setting while working cooperatively and collaboratively with others to achieve goals by sharing ideas, knowledge, support, resources, responsibility, and recognition.
• Commitment to the future growth of the office.
• Punctual, presentable, and reliable while having a quality track record with previous employers.
• Able to provide references.
• High School degree or the equivalent.
