Registered Dental Hygienist (Flexible Schedule & No Contract)

· Assisted Hygiene: All assessments, medical/dental history, X-rays, and iTero scans are completed by hygiene assistants. Hygienists use these assessments, in conjunction with periodontal readings, to determine appropriate periodontal therapy.

· Autonomy: JDO hygienists dictate the amount of time needed for therapy: prophy, full-mouth debridement, scaling in the presence of moderate-severe gingivitis, localized-generalized SRP, etc.

What You'll Do:

· Advocate for your patient, providing individualized, comprehensive care that is best for your patient’s health, not allowing care to be dictated by dental benefits

· Evaluate all aspects of health, collaborating with a general dentist and orthodontist

· Educate the patient on what you see in their mouth (using the iTero 3D scanner and Overjet AI)

· Use the latest technology including lasers to effectively treat patients patients and improve their lives

What You'll Need:

· Graduate of Accredited Dental Hygiene Program

· Active Texas RDH Licensure (or active OK license for OK locations)

· Current CPR certification (AHA preferred BLS with AED)

· New or upcoming graduates: you’re welcome to apply and talk with us while finishing hygiene school, to find your dental home in advance. We provide leadership training, hours of shadowing, and extensive support.
