Dental Office Administrator Job at 7 Days Family Dental
We are looking for a new Receptionist to join our Dentist Office. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience working in a medical office, a positive attitude and a positive working relationship with patients. Our receptionists are frequently the first points of contact for patients, so we are interested in hiring individuals who can articulate clear messages about procedures, as well as explain any financial billing questions in a helpful way.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a timely manner and with a friendly demeanor.
- Seat patients in the waiting room.
- Answer phones and forward calls.
- Answers questions about patient insurance coverage and payment options.
- Reschedule appointments for patients.
- Schedule necessary appointments for patients.
- Prepare bills for collections.
- Keep patient files up to date and organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
