Job Description
Henderson Family Dentistry is looking to add a well-rounded Patient Care Coordinator to our wonderful team. The ideal candidate will be flexible. While the majority of time will be spent at the front desk, one will also occasionally assist in sterilization/room turnover/ chairside assist when necessary. -Hours:
Full time 7:15AM-4:45PM, Monday-Thursday
-Duties:
Patient check in/check out and scheduling
Educating patient on treatment plans and options
Verify Insurance, collect money and arranging payment plans
Establishing and running social media presence for the practice
Assisting the office manager with other administrative tasks as needed
Sterilization and stocking operatories daily
Chairside assisting and/or hygiene as needed
Obtain a minimum of 8 continuing education hours per year
-Experience Preferred
Expanded Duty Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Hygienist
Front desk or other customer service experience
SCDA Radiation Certificate
Nitrous Monitoring Certification
Eaglesoft
Intraoral scanning/CAD-CAM
Place retraction cord and fabricate provisional crowns
