What we look for in a potential new team member:

Do you want to work in an atmosphere where you can create meaningful relationships and enjoy what you do? We are looking for a top tier Treatment Coordinator. This individual will build trust and spur open communication, and be responsible for helping patients understand the need for their dental treatment and asking for a commitment from them. This person must have a desire for self-development, a passion for helping people, be of a growth mindset, coachable, and display good old fashioned GRIT.

Some of the duties you will be responsible for include:

• Attend daily sales meeting
• Estimate insurance benefits and calculate according to insurance guidelines
• Confirm treatment with Doctor and Assistant as needed
• Present treatments plans to patients
• Educate patients on their insurance benefits and how they work in our office
• Schedule patient treatment (in office and hospital cases)
• Collect financials for treatment
• Coordinate Anesthesiologist for specific cases
• Follow up on any unscheduled treatment
• Provide phone support for front office team
