About the Role
As a Metropolis Dermatology Patient Coordinator, your role is to keep the clinic running smoothly and ensure an exceptional patient experience by managing administrative tasks. Your core role is to check in/out patients, collect patient health, insurance and billing information, oversee patient scheduling across platforms, respond to and resolve patient messages, and maintain a vibrant front of house atmosphere.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor schedule to organize and anticipate the day, communicate effectively with clinical team
- Verify patient demographics and insurance, collect copays and process payments for cash and cosmetic services
- Assists patients to complete intake forms and other patient-related paperwork
- Manage timely response and resolution of patient messages, scheduling and billing needs
- Maintain a spotless, warm and welcoming front of house
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the EHR
- Go above and beyond for patients whenever possible
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
