Job Description:

· The level 3 Technical Support technician is responsible for support, troubleshooting and installation of IT infrastructure equipment.

· This consists of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, servers, and networking equipment in the environment.

· The position requires experience working directly with customers and other support personnel.

· This position is responsible for local coordination, installation and ongoing support of various Manufacturing and Administrative computer systems.

· Very strong knowledge of Cisco Networking and Windows environment is required.

· Candidate will be required to oversee and assist installation & configuration of LAN, wifi

· Responsibility also includes break/fix for plant floor equipment.

Candidate should be able to work under pressure and repair and/or replacement of critical plant floor equipment require a 15-minute turnaround time.

· Strong project management skills a plus.

· The position requires the ability to create and manage project activity and the ability to take direction as well as being a “self-starter”.

Candidate will work directly with Plant Floor and Administrative Staff to identify issues and develop/implement countermeasures.

Requirements:

Importent Note:

· This would be in a manufacturing plant, and they might go on a shop floor if required. So please work accordingly

· Onsite – 100%

· This is with Site Services group and there are 6 level 3’s in the team, 2 level 2’s and few level 1’s.

· The candidate will be working on IT type equipment, servers, networking equipments.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience.

· No travel. Only the plant in Princeton.

· The candidate will be supporting customers inside Toyota

· Top 3 skills – Normal Networking skills, related to Cisco equipment for wireless, LAN and Wi-Fi.

· Interview: 1 round – 30 minutes, 2nd round – 30 – 60 minutes.

Candidate should be knowledgeable of the following:

· Cisco Layer 2 Switching & Layer 3 Routing

· Cisco Enterprise Management & Wireless Networks

· IT Cabling Infrastructure Planning & Design for Fiber & Copper Networks

· Windows, Windows Server, SQL Server, Windows Active Directory

· CCNA Wireless and CCNA Routing and Switching certifications are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
