Desktop Support Technician Job at PRIMUS Global Services, Inc
We have an urgent long-term opening with one of our major clients for a position of Lead Desktop Support Technician, to work in Wilmington, DE.
The chosen candidate will use diagnostic software to identify and fix issues with network connectivity, workstation hardware, and software.
The ideal applicant should be well versed in setting up, upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop versions of Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, and other approved programs.
PLEASE NOTE: The applicant should be CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or better.
