The purpose of the Detail/Make Ready associate will ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. The Detail/Make Ready member will also clean and detail vehicles that have been sold or repaired.
- Wash, wax, and buff vehicles, dress wheels and tires Vacuums interiors and trunks
- Clean all glass components thoroughly Inspects and cleans engine compartment Operates car wash where available
- Remove "sticker" tape and glue on vehicles to be delivered Keeps all demos clean
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
- Assure that every complete job, whether pre-delivery or customer pay meets dealership standards 100% of the time
- Inspect new car inventory to assure that the appearance of these vehicles meets dealership standards 100% of the time
- Inspect cars for damage and/body work and report any damage to management
- Work to meet deadlines and/or client promise times; and keeps key members informed of progress
- Know and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and utilize the program to achieve client satisfaction
- Know and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policy, and adhere to its requirements
- Attend weekly department meetings
- Must be atleast eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's License
- Must be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
