Shop Manager - Lincolnton, NC

Kirk NationaLease is a privately owned, full-service truck/trailer leasing and maintenance company, and we are currently looking for a Shop Manager for our Laurinburg, NC location. You will be managing one of our 24 locations across 9 states. With 50+ years in business, we look forward to showing you unprecedented support for your growth, as well as the growth of your team.

The Shop Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the shop as a business unit. The Shop Manager will plan, direct, and control all by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates: Equipment Repairs, Preventative Maintenance, Parts Management, Daily Rentals, Personnel Administration, and General Management (including P&L Management). To be considered for this role, you must have 5 yrs. of Diesel Mechanics/Trailer Mechanics experience and be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily.
