Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative, analytical and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our small but expanding marketing team and help us grow. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.

Digital Marketing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the execution of digital touch points across the customer journey, from acquisition to retention and engagement including creating rich content for websites, display ads, and social media
• Work with strategy leads, division and departmental leads and agencies in the development of digital creative, messaging and tactics to ensure targeted, personalized, and relevant campaigns across each audiences’ journey
• Develop and lead the implementation of robust email marketing campaigns (drip and nurture) in collaboration with strategy leads and agency partners
• Create and manage the digital marketing calendar
• Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with team members, subject matter experts and external agency partners
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to develop measurement plans to track program effectiveness and ROI, and consequently implement program optimization recommendations to increase program effectiveness and maximize ROI

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media that delivered growth
• Experience with digital marketing automation software, ideally Microsoft 365
• Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
• Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
• Understanding of SEO
• Ability to effectively present marketing information and respond to questions from groups of managers, the executive team, and pertinent stakeholders
• Ability to work with a team as well as independently on projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven track record
• Creative, entrepreneurial spirit who is excited about creating marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
• Effective analytical, problem-solving, results-oriented, and decision-making skills
• Experience in commercial real estate (Preferred)
• Experience working with B2B sales processes (Preferred)

Physical Requirements

The work environment is indoors. Indoor work takes place in a typical office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to manipulate, handle or reach; and talk or hear. The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, balance, kneel or crouch. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to focus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
