What will you do in this role?
The primary focus of this position is to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet overall organization plans and generate additional leads. The person in this position is creative and strategic, bringing innovation to our digital marketing and digital sales funnel. This position is responsible for setting the company’s digital marketing strategies, analyzing metrics, identifying market trends, and growing our brand presence on all digital platforms.
  • Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, email, social media, paid ads, blogs, etc)
  • Optimize our marketing and sales digital lead funnel
  • Create digital marketing lead generation campaigns
  • Discover new ways to engage with existing customers and attract new ones
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and work with the web developer to determine solutions to boost web presence
  • Manage the social/digital media team and work together to design, build and maintain our social presence
  • Identify new opportunities for digital/social innovation to respond to changing market conditions
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Monitors performance metrics to forecast trends.
  • Analyze and verify digital vendor performance reports and provide suggestions for strategic grown and performance solutions to vendors and divisional personnel
  • Research and present marketing channel optimizations and additional channels quarterly to division and leadership
  • Collaborate with Sales and Systems departments to refine the lead funnel and nurturing strategy to increase ROI and lead quality
  • Continue to enhance and build upon Online Reputation platform and strategy
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns and report to leadership regarding marketing goals, strategy and performance.
  • Implement digital content development and growth strategies

You Have:
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required
  • 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role, with 3 years in a strategic role
  • 3-5 years’ experience in personnel management required
  • 3 years of experience working in CRM software on digital and lead funnel and sales strategy and analysis – HubSpot preferred
  • Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, social media, and GMB experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate, and convert
  • Background in Online Reputation Management and
  • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
  • Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
  • Self-motivated with the ability to see the larger picture and necessary steps to execute strategies and goals
  • Experience in homebuilding preferred, but not required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to follow defined business processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Must be a positive team player, self-starter and strive for continuous improvement
