Outstanding opportunity for the individual that wants to gain experience in all facets of Marketing. We are looking for an individual to join the Marketing Department as our Digital Marketing Specialist. Our office is located in Glendale, WI.



Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in coordinating marketing initiatives through all channels of digital communications.
  • Create, monitor content, and research competitor efforts for:
    • SEM/SEO
    • Websites
    • Email Campaigns
    • Social Media Platforms.
  • Websites
    • Work directly with vendors
    • Monitor & Update
  • Social Media
    • Posting and updating on each platform
    • Update social content calendar
    • Post Delivery pictures
      • Update internal reports
    • Upload finished videos on YouTube
  • Assist with Reputation management when needed
    • Respond to positive reviews
    • Work with management on negative reviews prior to responding
    • Update review sheet
  • Monthly Incentives
    • Write incentives and disclaimers
    • Coordinate with graphic artist for creative
    • Update creative with changes throughout the month
  • Assist Project Coordinator with Events when needed
    • Coordinate with vendors
    • Create event timeline
    • Order promotional materials
    • Update iPads with survey’s
    • Help creatively
  • Videos/Pictures
    • Assist with videos of dealerships/vehicles
    • Assist with photos of dealerships/vehicles
    • Upload to appropriate platforms
  • Writing projects when needed
    • Press releases
    • Landing pages
    • Sales collateral material, copywriting for print, broadcast and digital
  • Assist Marketing Management
    • Administrative duties as needed

Required Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Work well in a team environment
  • 40 hours per week (hours flexible)
  • Ability to self-direct and work individually
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Tech and social media savvy with a quick grasp of new technologies
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) preferred.
  • Graphic Design experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Minimum Two (2) years Marketing & Advertising Experience Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred, but not required.
