Zinda Law Group is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! This position will work primarily onsite in our Northwest Austin office, with opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Help build and manage paid search marketing campaigns;
• Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns to maximize budget while hitting key business objectives such as traffic, sales and ROI/ROAS goals;
• Regularly review existing digital content and updating where necessary;
• Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics and other Analytics solutions;
• Make recommendations on keyword selection and prioritize expansion efforts;
• Optimize website and social media channels for SEO;
• Help drive SEO in content creation;
• Execute and maintain social media campaigns;
• Implement and execute long term brand management strategies;
• Monitor and manage marketing spending to achieve ROI goals;
• Analyze and report statistics to firm management.

Experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required;
• 1+ years digital marketing experienced preferred;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Strong writing and verbal skills;
• Must be computer literate and very technically savvy;
• Must be highly skilled in Excel;
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator preferred;
• Experience with Word Press preferred;
• Must be detail oriented;
• Highly intelligent, organized, and able to work independently;
• Highly motivated with a drive to get the job done;
• Previous experience at a law firm is a plus;
• SEO and PPC experience preferred;
• Graphic Design experience a plus.
