Digital Media Advisor
- This is a Full Time position with day shift hours and great benefits! Position is located in Virginia Beach, VA.
Job Summary:
Leads development and execution of digital strategy and user experience across web, social and mobile channels aligned with the company's strategic plan and initiatives. Partners with teams across the growing company in the development of innovative digital solutions that align with strategic market goals and initiatives, digital trends and technology. Educates and advises others on appropriate use of digital solutions for customer experience design incorporating voice of the customer, persona development, customer journey mapping, product/service development and design and market segmentation in support of customer acquisition and development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Level Degree Required:
- Related - 3 years
- Required: Active Learning, Communication, Complex Problem Solving, Instructing, Judgment and Decision Making, Learning Strategies, Marketing, Microsoft Office, Service Orientation, Social Perceptiveness, Speaking, Technology/Computer, Time Management,
- Writing Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience required.
- Experience includes but not limited to advancing digital solutions and strategy across web, mobile and social channels
