This position reports to: Director of Production/Digital Team
The Mission: Seacoast Production exists to create and facilitate environments that reveal the heart of God and lead others into His presence. This role falls under the Digital Production Team (a subset of the Weekend Experience Team). This is a customer focused team that maintains and runs all digital production systems. The Digital Production Manager is our hands-on expert for all digital production systems, who ensures all elements of digital production are being executed with excellence. Helps to support the overall mission of Seacoast to help others Find God, Grow Their Faith, Discover their Purpose and Make a Difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Podcast Studio (includes managing gear, gear maintenance, researching possible upgrades/additions, set process for preparing and executing audio and video recordings with lighting and scenic, editing and mixing)
- Manage Online Broadcast (includes managing gear, gear maintenance, researching possible upgrades, and additions, set process for preparing and executing live online broadcast consisting of running the portable online video system and leading online host cut ins)
- Own the maintenance and performance of all systems mentioned above
- Build and lead a volunteer team to help with Online and Podcast execution
- Troubleshoot all digital technical system issues. Identify more efficient solutions and work with the technology team to make sure all systems are working as needed to achieve the above goals
- Maintain strong relationships with church leadership, digital and weekend experience staff, and ministries to determine and anticipate needs, offer solutions, and ensure adoption
- Develop, communicate, and oversee all Digital AVL projects and update progress with the Weekend Experience leaders
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors to maintain equipment and services as needed and defined by service level agreements
- Manage the Digital AVL Systems operational and capital budget with oversight from the Director of Technology
- Attend Weekly Digital and Production meetings

- Serve in events that occasionally take place outside typical business hours, including nights, weekends, or some holidays
- Partner with and work closely alongside the Mount Pleasant Production Team, as well as Central Technology Team
Job Essentials:
- Christ Follower (As a religious organization, Seacoast Church makes hiring decisions aligned to our faith and beliefs)
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a church or production environment working with Audio, Video, Lighting and Acoustics
- Knowledge and understanding of advanced Signal flow and Studio operations
- Thorough knowledge and proficiency with most leading audio and video software for capturing, editing, mixing and rendering
- Knowledge and a working understanding of cinematic cameras and lenses
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt where needed
- Champion of time management: managing multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and providing information in a timely and effective manner
- Flexible schedule may be needed at times that include weekends and some holidays
- Demonstrated spiritual gift to lead & serve others in a team environment
