Dining Room Supervisor

As a dining room supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising our beautiful community dining room. You will interact with retired seniors while ensuring that their dining service is of the highest quality. You will work closely with a team of hard-working and team-oriented servers. You will be a mentor for all servers.

COMPENSATION: $19.25 - $23.25 per hour based on experience.

Job Description

Every shift, you will courteously greet and provide service to our dining room guests. You may answer questions about menu items and assist guests with any dietary needs or concerns. You will supervise the physical appearance of the dining room area and wait stations. You will work with management to coordinate staff for special functions and large parties. You will assist with scheduling daily work assignments and personnel shifts.

• Supervisory experience in hotel, restaurant, or club; fine dining experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage schedules and courteously assist guests and coworkers.
• Ability to work in a safe manner complying with all department and Community safety policies and procedures.
