Dining Room Team Leader

Relationships with our residents will be formed while you cater and anticipate their needs and wants to ensure a perfect dining experience in any of our three dining venues.


Position Summary: The Dining Room Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Dining Room Manager with the coordination, seating, appearance and maintenance of the dining area and server stations and ensuring that courteous and efficient services are delivered. The Dining Room Team Leader assists the Dining Room Manager with on-the-job training of new and current staff in addition to delegating work assignments daily. This position reports to the Dining Room Manager.


Education and/or Experience:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years Lead Server/Trainer experience within fine restaurant, club, hotel, or similar institution.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Available seven (7) days per week for work schedule.
  • Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer, or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understand requests.
  • Ability to communicate with, understand, empathize with, work with, and be tolerant of residents, families, visitors, peers, supervisors, and subordinates.
  • State applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card required.
