With support of group home management, this position will involve a variety of tasks focused on assisting individuals with disabilities in their home to achieve their maximum potential and self-sufficiency, in accordance with principles of self-determination. Our team members are responsible for:

• the provision of personal care which may include feeding, toileting, and showering both males and females
• consistently and positively interact with the people we serve
• assist with medications
• assist with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
• other duties as assigned including doing something FUN!

Available Shifts/Schedules:

Our group home is open 24/7/365. We have positions open that are part time, full time, evenings, weekends, small morning shifts, and opportunities to sub or fill in around your schedule. First job, second job, fill in job, we have a job for you!

Current shifts open in Red Lodge: Pick up as many as you can!

Overnights 11pm-9am (total of 30-40 hours a week)

Monday-Friday 6:30am-8:30am (10 hours a week)

Monday-Friday (1:1) 4:30-8:30 (20 hours a week)

Saturday/Sunday (1:1) 12p-8p (16 hours a week)

Can you pick up a mix of these but might not be able to commit to a regular schedule? Inquire about a sub position!

Minimum Qualifications:

1 year experience working with developmentally disabled (preferred but not required), must be 18 years of age, clear RSD background and reference check.
