Direct Care Staff (DCS) Job at MMP Group LLC
We are currently seeking staff for our OVER NIGHT shifts. Looking to fill positions immediately.
We're looking for a Direct Caregiver who can provide comfort and assistance to children with physical, mental, and developmental disabilities. Our female homes house up to 10 youth ages 7-17. This position will require you to help these youth with various tasks throughout the day, as well as assist in preparing and serving meals. A successful candidate will be open and quick to learn as training will be provided, be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Our Direct Care Workers must have the ability to work well with the individuals they are caring for, be able to communicate effectively, and ensure that all safety guidelines and protocols are followed. This position comes with flexible scheduling and the opportunity for bonuses.

Locations:
Mesa AZ: M-F 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Weekend Hours Available
San Tan Valley AZ: M-F 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Weekend Hours Available
Ahwatukee AZ
Responsibilities:
- Work in a residential care facility for children.
- Assist youth with activities of daily living.
- Assist with youth development, communicate effectively, complete documentation and up keep of facilities.
- Work as part of a team.
You must have the following proof of documentation:
- Pass Criminal Background (Agency will provide document)
- Fingerprint Level 1 clearance card (DPS) if not must obtain within 30 days
- First Aid/CPR (Referral can be provided)
- Arizona Driver’s License
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
