Part time: Swing shift on weekends and one weekday (2pm to 10pm).

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will:*

• Support people who experience life with intellectual and developmental disabilities;
• Deliver person-centered care for each individual, honoring the person’s right of individual choice and input;
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with individuals supported, family members, medical professionals, coworkers, community members and in documentation;
• Maintain and promote positive, caring living and working environments.

Qualifications for a Direct Support Professional DSP:*

• Be dependable and punctual;
• Be able to lift, transfer, push/pull, maneuver and reposition 50 lbs;
• Be able to prepare written reports via computer using proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar;
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent;
• Have documentation of a COVID-19 vaccination or Exception Form.
