We serve individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Job duties include providing companionship and a homelike atmosphere. Providing supervision, preparing meals, assistance with activities of daily living, providing meaningful activities and having fun. Job duties do also include providing personal care/hygiene tasks and light housekeeping tasks.
Looking for consistency in your schedule? We operate on set scheduling to provide our employees consistency in their daily lives. The schedules provide guaranteed hours. Positions do require every other weekend and every other holiday. We do also have flexible schedules which is perfect for college students or people with second jobs. We do offer insurance after 90 days and PTO after 1 year.
Must pass background check and drug screen. Must have high school diploma/GED and a good driving record. Serious inquiries only as this isn't "just a job". Serving people is one of the most important and rewarding careers!
