Success Homes North, Inc. is a residential provider serving adults with disabilities. We are looking for part time direct care staff. Most of our Individuals are high functioning, verbal and fairly independent in completing ADL's. Our individuals have little to no behaviors and enjoy going on various outings and activities! We have 6 homes located between Cambridge and Braham, MN. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to: cooking, cleaning, direct supervision, medication administration, completing goals/outcomes, participating in community activities, attending staff meetings, and other duties as assigned. We are hiring for a variety of shifts including afternoons, overnights and weekends.
Requirements:
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- High School Diploma/ GED (18+ years of age)
- Ability to pass a background study through MN Department of Human Services
- Ability to pass and obtain certification in medication administration, CPR/First Aid (training provided upon employment)
- Have a current, valid drivers license and the ability to become insured under our automobile insurance.
- Be reliable, on time, and maintain good attendance
- MUST be able to work evenings, weekends, or overnights. Our individuals attend day programs so we do not have any weekday daytime positions available on a regular basis.
We have houses located in Cambridge, Stanchfield, Harris, North Branch and Braham.
