Direct Support Professionals (DSP) support adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) or Autism to live their life to its fullest.

Hiring Immediately, experienced professionals interested in full-time part-time positions for evenings (4-12) and overnight (12-8), and even some weekends (all shifts).

Are you ready for a new approach to residential community living? If so, we are ready for you to be our next Team Member! We are looking for DSPs for our residential homes in the Harrisburg PA area. These are all single-person homes where we provide 24/7 support. We are looking for fun-loving active team members who can go beyond direct suppot to being a companion and friend. Team members of course also provide typical support and assistance with daily living skills, transportation, household chores, and community activities.

As a DSP with Livin' Life My Way you will collaborate with adults who have an intellectual/developmental disability or Autism, where they live, and in community settings, to help them achieve the goals and objectives they have established for their own lives. We refer to our program participants as our “Friends”. They live in a community home typically provided to us by their family. That’s one of the things that make our program special: Person-Centered and Family oriented.

Specific Qualification Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age - High School or equivalent

- Valid Driver’s License, with up-to-date vehicle registration, insurance, and inspection

- Pre-employment physical, including screening for TB and COVID-19

- Criminal Background Check (done by LLMW)
