We are seeking experienced, motivated, dedicated candidates that have a passion to support adults with developmental disabilities. Job Description
W & W Joint Ventures, Inc., provides behavior intervention to help reduce challenging behaviors and increase skills for all residents. Care focuses on the individual needs of each resident. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will support daily programming activities in the residential facility and community at large. The DSP is tasked with the responsibility of medication assistance, preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks. Assist with basic living skills (ADLs), communication support, community interaction, and recreation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, stimulating living environment, transportation, and supporting individual to become active, productive members of their community. The facility staff works closely with a behaviorist and follow all behavioral plans.
THERE IS A SIGNING BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT IF THERE ARE NO PERFORMANCE PLAN's IN PLACE.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
