Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking a Director – Invisalign Program Services

The Director is responsible for driving and leading the Orthodontic and Invisalign offerings at GEDC in support of the group's mission of providing a quality, comprehensive, and convenient patient experience. This individual would oversee Orthodontic teams in dental offices; training ortho staff members in regards to patient interactions and presentation; reviewing ortho patient schedules and partnering with licensed providers to enhance team performance.

The Director is also responsible for the management and expansion of Invisalign offerings including guiding the training programs utilized in GEDC offices; Invisalign marketing outreach campaigns to patients; various sales initiatives to internal and external audiences and refining the process of securing financial commitments from patients.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Orthodontic practices to review and support orthodontic efforts including patient scheduling, proper staffing, patient marketing, and treatment presentation to patients
• Partner with licensed providers and train general, specialty dental staff in the selling of Invisalign product
• Development of marketing initiatives focused on attracting new patients seeking Invisalign
• Refine and improve the tracking of patient Invisalign payments
• Reporting to Chief Growth Officer
• Other tasks as requested

• 2+ years in sales and/or Orthodontic related role
• Proficient in managing and impacting profit & loss statements; payment methods
• Experience in dental including sales of dental products (Invisalign preferred)
• Experience in the management and/or marketing of Orthodontic program
• Highly effective coaching and mentoring skills
• Requires extensive knowledge of company, products and/or services
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong ability to influence and deal effectively with people at all levels of an organization
• Ability to work with multiple deadlines
• Track record of successful product sales in large healthcare group.
• 75% travel required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
