Director of Business Development Job at ClinTech Health
Responsibilities:
- Create, deploy, and execute Healthcare IT Staffing sales strategy (i.e., market segment focus, BD team alignment, technology investments etc.) for net new revenue generation
- Perform necessary Business Development outreach techniques (cold call, email marketing campaigns, industry associations etc.) to build out prospect and target list
- Serve as the Organizational IT SME
- Prepare, develop, and negotiate mutually beneficial contract terms and conditions
- Hire, develop and lead Business Development Manager (BDM)
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years of proven success as an IT staffing/solutions individual contributor
- Proven experience with onboarding, training, developing and leading IT staffing producers- BDMs and Client Delivery
- Entrepreneurial minded with a proven past of building out strategies, processes, and teams
- Positive mindset and attitude- everyday
- Ability to work in a remote capacity
