Continuing along its highly successful growth trajectory, SFFedCU is seeking a Head of Business Banking Services able to work on-site at our San Francisco headquarters.
The Position
This role is responsible for leading and managing the business services portfolio and commercial lending production, while promoting excellent customer service. The position also manages profitability while mitigating risk through developing solutions for the membership and sales efforts.
Who Are You?
The Head of Business Banking Services possesses 10 years related business support services experience in a financial institution with 8 years of commercial lending experience and 5 years of credit experience. You must also have supervisory experience that includes developing and managing team member's performance to meet/exceed goal expectations. Maintaining a good standing under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (Safe Act) and registration/licensing with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) are a must.
